The Trinity Concept Observed On The Ponderosa With Ben Cartwright and Sons

We can see the true concept of the trinity in heaven by looking at the popular TV series from the 1960’s, Bonanza. It featured Ben Cartright and his sons living on their ranch, the Ponderosa.

It is the saga of Ben Cartwright and his three young adult sons, who live on and run a ranch in the old west.

Even though Ben, the dad, was the owner of the property, when he sons were out and about on the land, they too would be considered “owners” of the land. They would certainly ACT like the owners – there as an extension of their fathers authority.

The TV series did not continue long enough to show the boys getting married and having their own family, with their own sons to grow up and become co-owners of the family ranch.

Assuming that at least one of the sons, had a son, then grew up, suddenly you would have a trinity of Cartwright’s!! They would be EQUAL in authority within the realm of the Ponderosa, yet they would still maintain an internal family structure of authority.

Little House On Prairie CastWe did see in a separate TV series where the Bonanza son named “Little Joe” grew up and had his own family in Little House On The Prairie. Let’s assume that the show Bonanza had continued. Joe would have grown up to have a new “Little Joe” – a third generation of Cartwright’s to rule their realm.

To the casual, outside observer, you would say that any of the 3 generations of Cartwright’s are the “owners” of the Ponderosa.

We look in heaven and see that Jesus’ father begot a new spirit being, Jesus. Then Jesus, the spirit, grew up decided to have His own family.

God is spirit. Jn 4:24 / Spirit gives birth to spirit. Jn 3:6

Exactly like Jacob/Israel had TWIN SONS as his firstborn, so also did Jesus have twins as His firstborn – Lucifer and then Michael.

Lucifer was sent to the earth realm, on assignment, and Michael stayed with Father Jesus as His “faithful son”. Jesus then went on to birth the billions of spirits that we now see, and sense, around us. So all of us younger spirits look up the chain of command, and we land on, the very top of the heap of all of us sons, and there sits Michael, the Holiest of all of us sons. We know him as “The Holy Spirit”.

We would think of Michael as Little Joe’s son – both are 3rd generation from as far as we can see.

Our heavenly family can be seen by the patterns of the Patriarchs of the Old Testament.

We have also taken this same idea and boiled it down to it’s simplest form, so that even a 5 year old child could easily understand the concept of the trinity in heaven.
