Biblese: Controlling Masses With Redefined Word Trickery
Meet Legalese’ Older Brother Biblese – That Act Like Twins
We Must Use Common Sense And Context To Find The Intent of the Words And Concepts In The Bible
Biblese (noun):
A specialized religious language consisting of redefined, embellished, or ritualized biblical terms used to obscure plain meaning, create dependency on religious authorities for interpretation, and enforce conformity through fear, guilt, or social pressure—much like Legalese in law is used to intimidate and control laypeople by masking simple ideas behind complex jargon.
How Biblese parallels Legalese:
-
Obscures Plain Meaning: Ordinary words salvation, sin, hell, righteousness, grace, trinity, etc, are layered with mystical connotations, making them harder to question or understand.
-
Creates Dependency: Just as Legalese makes people rely on lawyers, Biblese makes believers rely on clergy and theologians to interpret “correct doctrine.”
-
Controls Behavior: Redefined terms set up black-and-white rules (saved vs. lost, righteous vs. sinner) that enable manipulation by those in authority.
-
Uses Fear as Leverage: Complex, threatening interpretations (e.g., eternal torment) discourage independent thought and keep people compliant.
Which Came First - Religious Law Or Civil Law
Ancient Beginnings: Religion Preceded Formal Law
-
Prehistoric / Protohistoric Periods
-
Religion is older than law as an institution.
-
Early tribal societies organized around shamanic rituals, ancestor worship, and animistic beliefs.
-
Spiritual leaders interpreted divine will to regulate behavior, impose taboos, and justify social hierarchies.
-
Examples:
-
Sumerian temples (~4000 BCE): Priests administered agriculture and trade, blurring spiritual and legal authority.
-
Egyptian priesthood (~3000 BCE): Priests controlled access to religious texts and rituals, granting them power over kings and commoners alike.
-
-
-
Earliest Written Codes (~2500–1800 BCE)
-
Law codes began emerging only after religious institutions were established.
-
E.g., Code of Ur-Nammu (c. 2100 BCE) and Hammurabi’s Code (c. 1750 BCE)
-
Written in cuneiform.
-
Used specialized legal language to standardize justice.
-
-
Even then, law codes were justified by divine mandate: Hammurabi said he received his laws from Shamash, the sun god.
-
Conclusion: Religion-based control (proto-Biblese) predates legal codes.
Religious Language as a Tool of Control
Ancient Israel:
-
Religious texts began being formalized as Torah (~1400–500 BCE).
-
Priests and scribes became the only people trained to interpret and transcribe the text.
-
Key point: religious terminology (“clean,” “unclean,” “holy,” “sin”) became specialized vocabulary.
-
This is the seed of Biblese—terms with layered meanings reserved to the literate priestly class.
Christian Era:
-
Early Christianity used common Greek (Koine), but as the Church institutionalized, Latin Vulgate replaced accessible Greek, creating language barriers.
-
By ~400 CE, only clergy could interpret scripture.
-
Catholic Canon Law further codified doctrine into legalistic categories (heresy, excommunication).
This blending of:
– complex religious terms
– exclusive interpretive authority
– threat of punishment
…created a religious Legalese centuries before secular lawyers became a separate professional class.
Legalese Proper Emerges Later
-
Roman Law (c. 500 BCE–500 CE) developed specialized legal jargon to govern vast territories.
-
After the fall of Rome, secular legal practice fragmented.
-
In Medieval Europe, Canon Law dominated: church courts judged both spiritual and many civil matters.
-
Only after the rise of nation-states (1100–1500 CE) did secular legal systems become distinctly separate with their own opaque language (Legal French, Latin maxims).
-
English Common Law (starting in 12th century) brought Legalese into modern form, but long after religious terminology had been institutionalized.
Timeline Recap
| Period | Dominant Control Mechanism |
|---|---|
| Prehistory | Shamans, priests interpret divine will—no formal law |
| ~3000–1500 BCE | Temples and priesthoods using religious terminology |
| ~2000–1500 BCE | Earliest law codes, still framed as divine mandates |
| ~500 BCE–400 CE | Scriptural canonization and priestly interpretation |
| 400–1500 CE | Church courts and religious Legalese dominate |
| ~1100–1500 CE | Secular legal systems with Legalese emerge |
Religion-based specialized language (proto-Biblese) came first.
Legalese, as a separate secular tool of control, came later.
Why This Matters
Both Biblese and Legalese:
-
Obscure simple truths with specialized jargon
-
Create dependence on “experts”
-
Justify hierarchical power
-
Punish noncompliance
But historically, religion used this strategy first.
Conclusion
Religion—through specialized spiritual language—preceded and inspired Legalese as a method to confuse, control, and legitimize authority.
Over time, as societies secularized, legal professionals replicated the same tactics in law.
Saved/Salvation Best Understood As Preservation
Jesus DID NOT TEACH that we are destined for “heaven or hell” – NOT saved vs condemned – when it comes to PEOPLE. He said that people come in 4 basic destinies – obviously, those who have not received a seed, then those who do receive a seed, how it matures to yield 30, 60 or 100 fold.
The Parable of the Net – Mat 13:47 “Once again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish. 48 When it was full, the fishermen pulled it up on the shore. Then they sat down and collected the good fish in baskets, but threw the bad away. 49 This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous 50 and throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
We read this alone, it appears as if He is talking about individual people. It never occurs to us the fish represent ACTIONS and NOT PEOPLE!! That each and every one of us perform actions that will either be good – “collected” to be saved/preserved OR bad – thrown away / discarded.
Paul spoke this exact same concept, with crystal clarity:
Gold, silver, precious stones / wood, hay, straw. 1 Cor 3:11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, 13 their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. 14 If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. 15 If it is burned up, the builder (spirit) will suffer loss but yet will be saved (preserved) —even though only as one escaping through the flames.
The “good fish” that Jesus spoke of, Paul here refers to as gold, silver and precious stones – the ACTIONS we perform that are good, and therefore have the wherewithal to survive the “fire” that each and every one of us will encounter after we die, in order to cleanse the soul garment. The fire does not affect the eternal spirit – it is only for cleaning the soul garment, like sending it out to launder. Jesus does not allow dirty laundry in heaven – all must be suitably purged of unrighteousness.
The bad fish are the wood, hay and straw that we settle for in the days of our life. THAT is what is burned up in the fires of hell forever and ever, OUR BAD DEEDS!!!!!! NOT the person. It is a way of CLEANSING us, so that we will be restored to our original estate – pure and white as snow, after our loving Daddy gets us ready for some “classwork” in heaven, and get you ready for an even more successful (gold, silver, precious stones) trip back to earth.
This black vs white scenario is what leaders have used probably since the beginning of time, to control their people… The threat of “either you’re for us or you’re against us” has been used for this purpose – to mentally control their followers.
Jesus Promised You A Mansion That He Is Building, Using Materials That YOU Are Providing
The materials you generate right now – “good fish” or gold, silver and precious stones (actions that survive the cleansing fire) – dictate the size of the “mansion” you have been promised in the next life:
You Are Sending Jesus Materials For Your Next Home. Jesus said He was going away to prepare a place for us. You are now sending Him the raw materials – gold, silver, precious stones – to build your place in the next chapter of life.
Are you sending Him the materials for a shack, or a mansion?
Hell Hoax – Jesus Does Not Send ANY of His Children To Burn/Suffer Eternal Punishment
If we stick with the overview that “on earth as it is in heaven”, then we see that there is no normal father on earth would ever devise a plan to deliver ongoing torture and agony to any of his children – FOR ANY REASON!!!
There are numerous words and concepts in the Bible that are Biblesed as “hell”, and NONE of them reference a place where God invents a new kind of skin that can withstands fire, and yet delivers continuous pain. The hell concept is championed by one group of people – fear controllers.
We read above how Jesus’ words regarding the catching of fish is often pointed to as “eternal punishment”, but in fact is only a description of what happens to our wasted efforts and actions here on earth.
In fact, the whole concept of God burning His children in hell forever and ever is a purely DEMONIC concept.
Biblese Uses Gilt Ridden Word Sin For Immaturity
Once we understand that the purpose of life is to GROW UP, and to mature as a spirit being, then it is easy to see that “sin” is only the manifestation of the actions of an immature/young spirit being. Then, simple, normal childish immaturity was mystically converted into “offending God” or some such rubbage.
Imagine a parent who observes it’s young child playing, exploring, learning about the world and life.. It watches the child learn by failing.. The child tries something – fails.. Then tries again and again until they “get it right”. Now imagine that parent calling their developing child a “sinner” because it doesn’t act completely and perfectly mature yet. Absolutely preposterous, here on earth, and yet that is the standard that, we are told, God holds us to. All designed to keep you in a mental trap.
The spirit being we know as Jesus, begot the spirit of every living person. Jesus is EVERYONE’s spirit Father.
We are told that “on earth as it is in heaven”. Here on earth, we see that children are born over a period of time. In heaven is the exact same – Jesus begot each one of us at a different time, therefore we all differ in the age and maturity of the eternal spirit that burns in each of ours’ chest at 98 degrees.
When a human fetus reaches between 6 to 10 weeks old, the blood begins to flow. The Bible says that the life is in the blood. So at that point a spirit being, who volunteered for the opportunity, is shoehorned into the growing fetus, to begin a lifelong journey together.
Then the pairing together of a human body with an eternal spirit GENERATES a soul garment. The soul STORES everything that was thought, felt or performed by the spirit prompting the body. This soul garment is what collects the “fish” – our ACTIONS – that Jesus referred to. He said that some will be eternally destroyed, while others will be eternally preserved. It is the ACTIONS that are judged, then either kept, or discarded.
So there is always a mixture of old and young – mature and immature – both in heaven and on earth. Here on earth it is natural to consider people by their physical age. But what is far more important is the age of the spirit being within the physical body. A very young, immature spirit being will not change their basic outlook on life, no matter how old their physical body gets. .
This is why we are commanded to NOT JUDGE others – because we don’t know the true age and maturity level of the real person within – their spirit. We don’t know. We don’t know if this is a older spirit being, of whom much is expected, who may be underperforming – not living up to their potential. OR perhaps we are dealing with a very young spirit being who is acting very mature, above expectations. We don’t know. Only our Father Jesus knows the whole story behind each one of us – inside and out.
Here are two different charts showing how Biblese calls maturity by the name righteousness, and immaturity is called sin.

Righteousness Means Right or Correct
Biblese has turned the word righteous into a religious cloak or garment to where, or take off.
Definition: righteousness
The quality or state of being righteous; holiness; purity; uprightness; rectitude.
A righteous act, or righteous quality.
The act or conduct of one who is righteous.
It should be easy to see that this word is a religious embellishment of the word “right”. To be right, or correct. To judge rightly. To be righteous is to BE RIGHT in God’s judgement, according to His standard.
Jesus demanded that YOU chose which way you will go – the right way OR the wrong way – the choice is yours…
“Why don’t you judge for yourself what is right”? Luke 12:57
Repent Means Turn Around, Go Another Way
Repent means to STOP going the wrong way that you are currently going and change course – go a different way – so that things will go well for you.
STOP thinking wrong thoughts, that lead to wrong/hurtful/harmful decisions and actions. Instead, think rightly (righteously) and the right/correct decisions and actions will flow from right thinking.
What is the right direction? Jesus said “whoever comes to me I will never cast out/away” John 6:37 Coming towards Jesus is ALWAYS the right way to go.
Christian / Christianity Is Mr Paul’s Gospel – The Broad Path
The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch. Acts 11:26 Being taught PAUL’s gospel – see below.
Mat 24:.4, 5 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many.
John 5:43 I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not accept me; but if someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him.
Mr Paul owns the name Christian – coming in his “own name”. Jesus owns the name “Son of God”, and bestows the same to His true followers:
John 10:34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods“’?
Read all about mr Paul and his influence on the church that Jesus started and paul stole, here.
Paul Pushing HIS Gospel, Tells Us To Follow Himself
“In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to MY GOSPEL.” – Romans 2:16
“Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began…” – Romans 16:25
To the Corinthians, Paul claims to be the masterbuilder who lays the foundation of the grace of God upon which other men build. “According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon.” – 1 Corinthians 3:10
“Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to MY GOSPEL.” – 2 Timothy 2:8
“If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is GIVEN ME to you-ward…to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:” – Ephesian 3:2-9
Even if you had ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel. 16 Therefore I urge you to IMITATE ME. 1 Cor 4:15
Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. 2 BY THIS GOSPEL you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. 1 Cor 15:1,2
Jesus Warns Us About The Coming of Paul After Himself
EXACTLY LIKE Adam and Eve were tempted with the Fruit in the Garden, so also are we tempted to follow the hip, cool, easy to understand version of Jesus as presented by Paul.
The writings of Paul were placed in your Bible as a test to see which gospel you are going to follow – Jesus’s or Paul’s… They are THE OPPOSITE of each other!!
WHAT Does The Bible and Jesus Predict / Say About Paul?
1). I (Paul) am from the tribe of Benjamin. Rom 11:1
Benjamin is a ravenous WOLF;
in the morning he devours the prey,
in the evening he DIVIDES the plunder.” Genesis 49:27
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous WOLVES. Matthew 7:15
2). Mat 24:.4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many.
11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.
23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it.
26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the DESERET,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it.
Damascus, and the road to Damascus, is OUT IN THE DESERT!!
3). Jesus to the Church at Ephesus
Rev 2: 2 “I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who SAY THEY ARE APOSTLES AND ARE NOT, and have FOUND THEM LIARS!!
4), Mark 8:15 Then Jesus charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.”
Paul was a Pharisee AND the Son of Herod Antipas. He made up “Saul”, his real name was Apollonius of Tyana (see the POL in the middle).
5). John 5:43 I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not accept me; but if someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him.
Paul begins almost every epistle with “I, Paul, an apostle”… In HIS OWN NAME and authority.
THE GOSPEL OF PAUL
Even if you had ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel. 16 Therefore I urge you to imitate me. 1 Cor 4:15
Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. 2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. 1 Cor 15:1,2
Paul is claiming to be your father, and demand you follow HIS GOSPEL!!
The Bible calls Jesus our “Everlasting Father”
Isa 9:6 For to us a child is born,
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Matthew 23:9 And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.
The Narrow and Wide Gates
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
True and False Prophets
15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.
True and False Disciples
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
The Wise and Foolish Builders
24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. 26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
28 When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at his teaching, 29 because he taught as one who had authority, and not as their teachers of the law.
Grace Means Enablement
From now on, every time you read the word “Grace” in your Bible, automatically substitute the word “Enablement” and it will make oh so much more sense. Test it and let me know what you find.
Simply replace the word “Grace” with ENABLEMENT and your life will never be the same!!!
I was taught this truth in 1993. Since that time, I’ve never yet seen a place where it did not work with perfect harmony with the spirit of the New Testament or Old, to replace the word grace with enablement. It is spot on, every time.
Here are some of the words Bible scholars often use to describe or define the word grace: forgiveness, repentance, regeneration, salvation, election, mercy.
You can throw away any thoughts of association to FORGIVENESS, which is what most of our current religious luminaries default to. The thought of forgiveness in the place of grace is the perfect smoke screen for those who seek to delude or simply know no better… But it is an utter deception with only a particle of truth to it. The fact is that God’s forgiveness TAKES CARE OF the forgiveness issue: I will separate you from your sin as far as the east is from the west. (Psa 103:12)
How about “mercy”? Is grace the same as mercy? Luke 6:36 Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.
No, grace is completely different. It is all about how our loving Father gives unlimited enablement to us, his kids, with all the tools we need to live an overcoming life.
Jesus tells us to “be perfect” (Matthew 5:48). Many may scoff at the thought of “being perfect”. Or better yet, let’s justify it or make excuses on why it doesn’t really apply to us. But the truth is that we CAN live perfect lives with the ENABLEMENT that comes from a loving Father who has already lead the way. He has already “blazed the trail” to living the perfect life. THEN He shows us, in His word, and then enables us to do the same..
It is no wonder that the people who Jesus said would be raptured away (Mat 24:41, Luke 17:35) who are mentioned in Rev 14:3b (redeemed from the earth) are the one’s who “FOLLOW THE LAMB WHEREVER HE LEADS”… Doesn’t this following the lamb indicate the enablement of the follower to do so?
Some Examples – Try It For Yourself
James 4:6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace/enablement to the humble.”
John 1:16 And from his fullness we have all received, grace/enablement upon grace/enablement.
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace/enablement is sufficient for you.”
Take the grace to enablement word challenge, I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and experiences with this fruitful subject.
The Trinity Doctrine Is Perfect Example of Biblese
There is no better definition for Biblese than the Trinity doctrine. It consists of wordplay upon confusion layered with obfuscation and innuendo partnered with mystery. In fact, the Trinity stands as the quintessential example of theological language designed to simultaneously demand belief and defy understanding.
First, it thrives on semantic ambiguity—words like person, essence, and substance are given specialized meanings that differ from their plain sense, then woven together into a paradox that must be accepted by faith. It’s not just “three persons,” it’s three persons who are not three beings but one being, yet not one person. If any ordinary person tried to parse this in common language, it would collapse under the weight of its own contradictions.
Second, it relies on layers of abstraction that inoculate it against scrutiny. If you question how the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit can each be fully God and yet not three Gods, you are told it is a mystery. If you press further, the fallback is that human reason is too limited to comprehend divine reality—effectively immunizing the doctrine from logical analysis.
Third, it is bolstered by institutional authority: creeds, councils, and centuries of repetition have entrenched the dogma so deeply that to disagree is to be branded a heretic. The terminology—homoousios, hypostasis, perichoresis—serves as a linguistic moat, accessible only to the initiated, and nearly meaningless to the laity who are nonetheless expected to confess it.
In this way, the Trinity functions as the gold standard of Biblese: a rhetorical labyrinth where words obscure more than they reveal, and the measure of orthodoxy is your willingness to recite formulations that no one fully understands.
Instead of falling for this mystery trap, find out what real trinities your Father Jesus DOES make available for you. He said that the Kingdom of God is WITHIN you. Look there for the real trinity – in your heart.
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit Is A Title, A Position And An Attitude
The Holy Spirit as a Title – “The Holy Spirit” is merely a title held by Michael (traditionally known as the archangel), who is presented as Jesus’s second born son (of twins) and the “holiest” (oldest, most mature) of all us, the rest of His spirit children.
The Holy Spirit as Your Position – Every human being is literally a “holy spirit” – an immortal spirit child of Jesus inhabiting a physical body.
The Holy Spirit as an Attitude – Describes a “spirit of holiness” as something one can “put on” like clothing – an attitude or mindset of godliness. This is the result of becoming a 30 fold follower, by coming towards Jesus.
Orthodoxy has deliberately obscured these meanings through:
Linguistic Confusion: Using the same term “Holy Spirit” for multiple concepts without clarification, similar to how the “Trinity” doctrine as confusing
Intermediary Control: Teaching that connection to God must go through religious institutions rather than directly from one’s own spirit
Identity Suppression: “Dulling” or “dumbing down” believers’ understanding of their true spiritual identity as literal spirit children of God
Complex Theology: Creating “utter lunacy” and a “smorgasbord of lies” that leaves Christians “impotent” and without real spiritual knowledge
Women Should Obey The Men
There is a stark contrast between Jesus’s treatment of women and the teachings later attributed to the apostle Paul. Jesus radically elevated women, consistently defying the oppressive cultural norms of his time. In a society where women were treated as property and excluded from religious life, Jesus taught them openly, healed them, and showed them profound respect. To Jesus saving the woman caught in adultery and, most significantly, choosing women as the first witnesses to His resurrection as definitive proof of His high regard for them.
In sharp contrast, Paul is a confusing and destructive figure whose writings have been used to subjugate women for centuries. While i acknowledge that Paul praised some female co-workers, while two specific passages (in 1 Corinthians and 1 Timothy) that command female silence and submission. These verses are condemned as the source of immense pain and are presented as a direct contradiction to the example set by Jesus.
These verses are either fraudulent additions by misogynistic scribes or, if written by Paul, proof that he was a “snake” and an “Anti-Christ” figure working against Jesus’s true message. This article calls on believers to reject these “false rules” and the authority of Paul, and instead follow the liberating example of Jesus, who empowered men and women equally.

[…] really are. If you are wrong in your assessment of yourself, you shortchange yourself. His grace (enablement) is not really available to you, if you are not willing to accept it. The lesson is LEARN WHO YOU […]
That word “grace” is so ambiguous right??? Many people take it to mean power, ability, and permission of God concerning some thing in question. Like the statement: “only be the grace of God did such and such happen,” or “it was only by His grace that such and such was even possible..” etc… And yet another interpretation in every day parlance might be that grace is the indulgence from/of/by God that allows one to do or be something desired, or, even get away with something… “we only made it by the Grace of God….” etc….
I rather like your substitution of the word grace for enablement… Curious too, inasmuch as it equates to the same eh??? Yet this removes the ambiguity of the word and gives it immediate effect and meaning in any given reading of the bible, situation in life, or interpretation of the same…
As an aside, this bears no relation to the society-compelled definition of social graces and dignity… though this too is a strange correlation and parallels with Divine grace eh??? For it is verily the upper class and elite that exhibit and are expected to have such outstanding grace… A GRACE THAT ENABLES THEM TO BE IMPERVIOUS TO THE WHIMS OF FORTUNE AND THE vicissitudes of every-day life… Funny how the human side of this grace becomes so degraded in this sense. Like its a higher quality of the fortunate to have grace, whereas the mundane and “normal” must aspire to it… But nay! i say, we are all capable of the utmost grace, BECAUSE OF HIS GRACE! What higher grace can we have than to receive His??? What higher and more powerful ENABLEMENT can there be other than that given to us by His Grace… ???
